Adam Milstein is a co-founder of the Adam and Gila Milstein Family Foundation, where he provides charitable and philanthropic services to a wide range of organizations to strengthen the Jewish people, the State of Israel, and the U.S. - Israel relationship. Adam Milstein's philanthropic services include consulting, partnership development, and fundraising to support programs in the areas of Jewish education, Jewish continuity, and Pro-Israel advocacy. Adam Milstein's philanthropic philosophy of operation consists of three unique principles:
1. Active Philanthropy Adam Milstein, the Milstein Family Foundation and its staff invest significant time and expertise - not only financial resources - in every organization, program, and project that they support.
2. Life Path Impact Adam Milstein seeks out, funds, and develops organizations that continuously engage their target audiences through life's many stages. By creating programs tailored for childhood, adolescence, and the different phases of adulthood, organizations are able to maintain a deep and continuous connection with their target population.
3. Philanthropic Synergy Adam Milstein provides funding and guidance to assist philanthropic organizations to amplify their impact by developing programmatic partnerships and synergies with other non-profit entities working toward shared goals.
Adam Milstein is a co-founder of the Israeli-American Council, and is the chair of its national expansion. He also sits on the Board of several organizations, including, StandWithUs, Israel on Campus Coalition, Hasbara Fellowships, Jewish Funders Network, Birthright Israel, Stand By Me and American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) National Council. Milstein and his wife Gila are co-founders of Sifriyat Pijama B'America, which provides free monthly books in Hebrew, teaching Jewish values to more than 70 Israeli-Jewish-American families in the United States.
