Adam Milstein is a commercial real estate investor and a mega philanthropist based in Los Angeles. His personal and professional success is driven by his commitment and dedication to his family, his business and philanthropy. Adam is a managing partner with Hager Pacific Properties and was nominated as one of the top 50 Zionist influencers of 2020. In addition to his successful business and many philanthropic endeavors, Adam is a devoted husband, father, and grandfather of three.
Personal and Professional Life
Adam was born and raised in Israel, where he served in the IDF during the Yom Kippur War. He married Gila before graduating from the Technion in 1978. The couple moved to America in 1981, where Adam attended the University of Southern California in Los Angeles and obtained his MBA.
After graduation, Adam set his sights on commercial real estate. He is now a Managing Partner at Hager Pacific Properties, one of the largest privately owned real estate investment firms in Southern California that owns and manages property all over the country.
Philanthropy
A native of Israel living in Los Angeles, Adam is committed to strengthening the Jewish people at their homeland of Israel and in the diaspora. He is the co-founder of the Israeli-American Council where he currently serves as a Board member and Chairman Emeritus, and he is also the President of the Adam and Gila Milstein Family Foundation.

The Israeli-American Council is an American nonprofit organization dedicated to helping Americans of Israeli descent to embrace their heritage while still thriving in America. Through programs that encourage a strong connection to their heritage, the IAC is committed to the retention of Israeli-American identity.
Adam and Gila Milstein Family Foundation
The foundation established by Adam and his wife Gila, is steeped in the ideals of embraced Jewish identity and perpetual resistance to hate and bigotry in all forms. The Foundation was founded in the spirit of pride and courage, but also in opposition to antisemitism and in support of American values. The foundation’s work is based on three guiding principles: Active Philanthropy (giving), Life Path Impact, and Philanthropic Synergy.
Through its grantmaking, the foundation facilitates and maintains collaborations between organizations with similar missions to amplify the effect of their joint efforts and make the most impact.
Adam firmly maintains that we are stronger together than we are apart. He also emphasizes the pooling of resources to work toward a common goal is the most efficient and effective way to make an impact.
Adam Milstein is also well-known in the Los Angeles area for his unwavering dedication to strengthening the U.S.- Israel alliance and fighting hate and bigotry. He is an advocate that goes above and beyond his own calling to join others in ongoing collaborative work.
